You might recall that a few scant minutes ago, Ford had declined to confirm that the 2013 Mustang Shelby GT500 was certified by the SAE to crank out no less than 662 hp and 630 lb-ft of torque. Jaguar are taking their Heritage Racing cars to the Goodwood Revival this weekend, ending a successful first season of historic racing. This coming weekend sees the Goodwood Revival taking Sussex back in time, and Jaguar are taking their race-ready versions of the C-Type and D-Type from their Jaguar Heritage Racing team to add some sparkle to Goodwood and round off a successful first year of historic racing. Jaguar has already had plenty of success in their first year with the Heritage Racing outfit, with wins at the 2012 at Monaco Historique, Le Mans Classic and the Nürburgring AvD Oldtimer Grand Prix.
